Falcon Rural Housing will be purchasing and letting the new homes built at the old Rose Cottage site in Clayhidon. They are a very small, local, rural housing specialist with their office in Wellington, Somerset.

They have 300 homes across Somerset and Devon that they rent out at social rents to local people.
They are duty bound to let these properties via the Devon Home Choice waiting list – however, they are more than happy to help local people in need of these houses to register and navigate the system, ensuring they are able to register their interest in these properties when they are finished.
Hence, we are looking to signpost anyone that is interested in renting one of the new homes directly to them.
