A meeting of Clayhidon Parish Council to be held at the Parish Hall on Monday 26th September at 7.30pm.  The meeting is open to the press and the public.

holiday accommodation and associated access.  Honeyhill Farm, Clayhidon

4.2           22/01483/FULL.  Erection of 3 dwellings with 2 garages, parking, landscaping, drainage and

associated works following demolition of existing dwelling and chapel building.  Rose Cottage, Clayhidon

4.3           22/00644/FULL.  Conversion of agricultural barn to dwelling (Revised Scheme).  Land at NGR 315534 113428 West of Valley View, Dunsgreen, Clayhidon.

4.4           22/00824/HOUSE.  Erection of two storey extension.  Culm View, Hemyock.

4.5           22/01124/FULL.  Retention for the temporary siting of an agricultural workers caravan.  Poachers Rest, Clayhidon.

2.            Declarations of Interest 

Agenda item 4.2 – Clayhidon Parish Council is the sole trustee of the John Griss Charity which owns Rose Cottage.  It has spoken with the developer about the application.

Agenda item 4.3 – Mr Blackmore declared a personal interest as he owns adjoining land and chose not to vote on the matter.

Agenda item 4.3 – Mr King declared a personal interest as the applicant is his uncle.

PROPOSAL:  The pc is content with the application, providing the issues with regard to the mains water and septic tank are resolved.

6.          Clerk Update 

6.1     HSBC – the clerk recommended the account is closed as the pc has a new account with Unity Trust Bank which provides internet banking with an appropriate level of financial control.
