No update received from Ray Radford, Parish council will make a request that he attends the next Parish council to make his report, |

11. District Council Report
At the election Simon List and Natasha Bradshaw were elected as councillors for the Upper Culm district of mid devon
Discussion proceeded regarding updates from the enforcement officers, Simon informed the Parish council that he did not receive updates on individual cases and that recently one of the officers had decided to move on. |

12. Highways
12.1 No report has been received relating highways and no updates have been received post the meeting that Jamie Blackmore, John Kidner and Maurice Bendle had with highways and touring around the parish. 12.2The Parish council will invite Radford to attend the next Parish council meeting for a discussion on the highways issues that Parish has. 12.3 Invite Chris to the next Parish council to discuss his report on the repairs and the performance of the materials used, also request that he formally invoices the Parish for this work.

16. Clayhidon Charity, Mary Parsons, Mary Waldon & John Griss Charity
16.1. Meeting relating to the sale of the Land from the Mary Waldon Trust did not take place of no members of the charity was available and will now not take place until the Autumn. 16.2. It was agreed that contact will be made with the Churchstanton Parish council to understand the position with the charity. |
