Following HSBC’s decision to charge, the clerk was asked to investigate what free banking is available.

6.1 Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – Mr Bendle asked how the parish might celebrate the jubilee. Mrs Weekes confirmed that the Parish Hall committee had mentioned it at a recent meeting. It was agreed that Mr Bendle and the clerk would contact other parish groups and set up a working group.
Clerk/MB - Items raised by councillors
7.1 Mr Kidner and Mr King have inspected the ditches and road near Graddage Farm several times and are content that the ditches are deep enough and that water is flowing.
7.2 Mr Blackmore has reported to Highways several times a blockage in the pipework under the road near Palmers Farm. Highways continue to insist that the pipework is OK. Clerk to inform Dan Wood, Neighbourhood Highways officer, of the problem.
7.3 It was suggested that the Annual Parish Meeting this year might have a green theme. Councillors to suggest potential speakers.
